Hi, I’m Nathan

I work with men and women who know there is more to their life than the version they are currently living.

Sometimes something clearly isn’t working. Your relationship is struggling, you’ve lost yourself, you’re at a crossroads, or you keep finding yourself in patterns you thought you had already dealt with.

Other times, life is good. You’re successful, capable and have built something you’re proud of, yet there is still something in you asking, what else?

My work is about discovering what is true underneath all of that.

I’ve been on this path for over 15 years, including seven years living in the ashram with my spiritual teacher, Mooji. Meditation, mindfulness and self-inquiry have been central to my own life, and they form the foundation of every coaching relationship I offer.

We begin with presence, slowing down enough to feel what is actually here.

My approach is somatic, bringing awareness into the body. We pay attention to what you feel physically and energetically: the tension, the holding, the impulse to pull away, the emotion that comes up before you have words for it.

Together, we explore ways to meet and process what you’ve been avoiding or repressing, at a pace you can stay present with. You begin to make room for parts of yourself you may have spent years judging, hiding or trying to fix.

Through this work, we create space for greater peace and clarity, a deeper connection with yourself and the freedom to respond differently.

Then we bring it into your life.

Your relationships. Your work. Your purpose. The conversations you need to have. The decisions you’ve been avoiding. The things you want to create.

You can understand yourself incredibly well and still live the same life.

At some point, the work has to become lived.

‘There’s a quote - we don't see the world as it is, but as we are - and working with Nathan has felt like that idea coming to life. It's felt like slowly taking off a paid of glasses i didn't even know i was wearing, and finally seeing things not through the lens of past trauma and self-doubt, but as they actually are - and being able to hold the many sided, sometimes complicated nature of that without crumbling
